Georgia Revolution FC Defender and Team Captain Darvin Ebanks has been selected to represent the Revs and the South Region at the 2016 NPSL Combine on January 8-10 in Fort Lauderdale, FL. The purpose of the Combine is to provide NPSL players from around the nation a chance to train and play in front of professional coaches and scouts.
Darvin is one of 18 players selected to the NPSL South Region Combine team, which will face teams comprised of Northeast, Midwest and West Region players in interregional matches scheduled for January 9-10.
At 6’2” and 195lbs Darvin is an imposing defender who can play in the center, on the left, or as a Center Defensive Midfielder. A former US Youth International and ODP Regional Team Captain, Darvin was the Top Drawer Soccer #14 Recruiting Prospect in 2011. He attended the University of North Carolina where he was part of the 2011 NCAA National Championship Team. Darvin transferred to the Savannah College of Art and Design in 2013 and was a significant contributor to the undefeated 2014 Bees Season.
